Declare Your Intent
I Am A Free Stater:
“I hereby state my solemn intent to live in New Hampshire and exert my fullest practical effort toward the creation of a society in which the maximum role of government is the protection of individual rights to life, liberty, and property.“
The Free State Project Statement of Intent has guided liberty lovers to move, live, and build in New Hampshire for over a generation — and we continue that tradition into the present. Today, the Statement of Intent is open to all people who share our vision for a Free State, regardless of whether they are natives, newcomers, or future movers to New Hampshire.
Declare your intent today to be counted as a participant in the most effective strategy ever implemented for building liberty in our lifetimes!
For Movers — Sign the Statement of Intent to receive your “Mover Number.”
For Native Free Staters — For any in New Hampshire prior to October 2003, we want to count you in as well. Sign the Statement of Intent to receive a unique “Native Porcupine Number,” issued sequentially based on sign-up order.
For Future Movers — Sign the Statement of Intent to let us know you intend to relocate to New Hampshire within the next five years.

Who can sign?
Anyone who shares our values and lives in or intends to live in New Hampshire and build with us, be they native or newcomer.
When can I claim my Mover Number (or Native Porcupine Number)?
