Today, the Statement of Intent is open to all people who share our vision for a Free State, regardless of whether they are natives, newcomers, or future movers to New Hampshire.

When can I claim my Mover Number (or Native Porcupine Number)?
Due to the challenge of assigning numbers based on chronological sequencing by moving dates, the total registry of Mover Numbers are updated annually and available on February 3 (Porcupine Day). Native Porcupine Numbers will be available annually on the same timeframe.
